 Located west of City Hall on Highway 2147, the recent upgrades to the park include new

playground equipment and fencing.   The City invites you to bring your kids and grandkids out to enjoy the park.

Bay West Boulevard Closing

Beginning January 10, 2012 the Bay West Boulevard low water crossing will be closed for construction of the bridge.  The maximum anticipated closure time is 120 days.  The alternate route into Horseshoe Bay West to reach areas north of the low water crossing from FM 2147 will be right onto Hwy 71, right onto FM 2831, right onto The Hills Road, Golden Nugget to Broken Hills.

Street Improvement Plan

The City has divided the current City streets into 10 areas of approximately 5 miles each.  The City Council decided that the first two areas to be improved are South and the Fairways.

Thomas C. Ferguson Power Plant

LCRA is replacing its Thomas C. Ferguson Power Plant near Horseshoe Bay with a new natural gas-fired power plant that will be one of the most efficient, reliable and environmentally responsible electric generating facilities operating in Texas.
