Please remember Article 5.04 of the City Code of Ordinances prohibits most types of fireworks within the City limits.  Contact the Fire Department at 598-6953 with questions.   HSB POA July 4th Activities   Street Improvement Plan The City has divided the current City streets into 10 areas of approximately 5 miles each. HSB South, The Fairways, Lighthouse Drive/No Return and the area North of 2147 are complete. Crews are currently working on the Fault Line Drive area.
