PUBLIC INFORMATION

Public Information Requests

The State of Texas Public Information Act and Open Meetings Act provide the public access to certain records and meetings of governmental entities. This allows citizens the opportunity to view, receive copies of documents and attend meetings.

Use the Public Information Request Form to request information. A nominal fee can be charged for copies and document access according to the Texas Building and Procurement Commission.
