Updates-The Fairways

CLARIFICATION: At the September 7 Fairways meeting for residents regarding the street improvement project, it was incorrectly mentioned that residents would need to temporarily move their landscaping and irrigation 3 feet away from the back of curb location prior to installation of curbs. The correct distance is 12 inches or 1 foot from back of curb. Prior to work in each section curb locations will be marked by the contractor with either orange spray paint on the grass or by stakes. Please contact your Block Captain for further explanation. Block Captains have individual lot maps of each lot in their area of responsibility that can possibly assist you with your specific lot.
