Councilperson Phillip Lee

 

 

Phillip was born and raised in Oklahoma City. He attended the University of Oklahoma graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration and was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant. He retired from the Army with over 30 years service. During his career he attended numerous military schools to include airborne, fixed wing and helicopter school, and the Command and General Staff College. He served in various command and staff assignments to include the United Nations Command in Korea and the Joint Chiefs of Staff in the Pentagon. Upon retirement he was an operations analyst and program manager with TRW developing emergency communications and operations centers for both defense and civilian requirements. After moving to Horseshoe Bay he has been active in community affairs and the Church at Horseshoe Bay and is a past president of the Horseshoe Bay POA.

 

Phillip and Carolyn have been married over 50 years. They have three children, seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
