Councilperson Steve Spence

Steve served two years in the U.S. Army, and used the Korean G.I. bill to earn his B.S. Engineering degree from Purdue University. His 31 year business career was spent with Collins Radio/Rockwell International moving through several management assignments. Steve and his wife Shirley moved to Horseshoe Bay in 1990. They have two children and four grandchildren. He is a past president of the Horseshoe Bay Property Owners' Association.
