Chance for Isolated Flooding and Severe Storms through Thursday Morning
A Flood Watch has been issued from 3 PM today through 7 AM Thursday morning
- Scattered strong to severe storms are expected this afternoon through the evening with another strong to severe complex of thunderstorms moving across portions of the area later tonight through the overnight hours
- Large hail, damaging winds, and an isolated tornado are possible through Thursday morning
- Locally heavy rainfall could lead to isolated flash flooding mainly in the area of the Flood Watch
- Average rainfall amounts will range from 1-2 inches in the Flood Watch with isolated amounts up to 5 inches possible through Thursday morning
