Public Information Requests

Below is the form and information you will need to file a request for Public Information with the City of Horseshoe Bay. Only written Public Information Requests trigger the City’s obligation under the Public Information Act. The City will respond to a written request for public information within a reasonable amount of time, typically within 10 business days (not including holidays, weekends or days when City Hall is closed):

The Public Information Request form can be submitted in the following manner: 

Email: To submit a request by email, complete the form and email it to the Public Information Officer at city@horseshoe-bay-tx.gov. Please put the words "Public Information Request" in the subject line. If you leave the subject line and/or message blank, or send an attachment without a message, it will be flagged as spam and may not be delivered to city staff. Thank you!
