Public Information Requests

Below is the form and information you will need to file a request for Public Information with the City of Horseshoe Bay. Only written Public Information Requests trigger the City’s obligation under the Public Information Act. The City will respond to a written request for public information within a reasonable amount of time, typically within 10 business days (not including holidays, weekends or days when City Hall is closed):

Email: To submit a request by email, complete the form and email it to the Public Information Officer at Please put the words "Public Information Request" in the subject line. If you leave the subject line and/or message blank, or send an attachment without a message, it will be flagged as spam and may not be delivered to city staff. Thank you!
