Due to the recent rains, the LCRA has announced that lake levels have risen to the level necessary to move from Stage 2 to Stage 1 of its drought response for Firm Water customers, including the City of Horseshoe Bay.
The City Council will roll back to Stage 1 of the City’s drought plan and reinstate irrigation watering to twice a week at the June 18 Council meeting. The city will allow irrigation to return to twice per week beginning today until the June 18th council meeting. We are still asking residents to remain diligent on conservation measures to ensure endurance of our water supply.
Those leaving the city may want to set their irrigation schedules twice a week before leaving the City.
